Charles Peter is a solicitor and legal entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in practice in England and Wales. He is the Managing Director of Berkson Family Law, a leading specialist firm in public children law, and Chief Executive of Datalaw, a long-established provider of legal education and professional training.
Over the course of his career, Charles has developed extensive expertise across criminal and family law, with a particular focus on publicly funded work. He is widely recognised for his deep understanding of the challenges facing high street legal practice, especially within the legal aid sector, and for his enduring commitment to access to justice.
