Entry criteria
- How does your firm/organisation foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture?
- What initiatives have you implemented to ensure employees feel valued, supported, and engaged within the firm?
- How do you support the physical and mental wellbeing of everyone at your firm/organisation?
- Outline how you support the professional growth and career progression of individuals, while ensuring they maintain a healthy work-life balance?
Please provide details for the nominator and nominee (either or both of which may be yourself). You will then be required to answer the above questions. Up to 250 words will be allowed for each.
The deadline for entries is Friday 4th April 2025.

A huge thank you to everyone who submitted their entries across our 23 categories – the standard of talent in the North West’s legal community never fails to impress. For those who missed out, don’t worry – we’ll be back next year.
In the meantime, the shortlist will be announced on Tuesday 6th May and all shortlisted nominees will be interviewed by a panel of judges on Friday 6th June.
The awards culminate in a black-tie ceremony on Thursday 3rd July at the iconic Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester – a night of recognition, networking, and celebration.
