Entry criteria

1. How does your firm/organisation foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture?
2. What initiatives have you implemented to ensure employees feel valued, supported, and engaged within the firm?
3. How do you support the physical and mental wellbeing of everyone at your firm/organisation?
4. Outline how you support the professional growth and career progression of individuals, while ensuring they maintain a healthy work-life balance?

Please provide details for the nominator and nominee (either or both of which may be yourself). You will then be required to answer the above questions. Up to 250 words will be allowed for each.

The qualifying period is 1^st January to 31^st December 2025 and the deadline for entries is Friday 27^th March 2026.
