Mike Ode is passionate about all thing’s leadership, management and personal development and works with employees at all levels in helping them to surface some of that untapped potential that’s just bubbling away.

Mike has run Potential Unearthed, a personal development company for 15 years and has worked with clients across both public and private including DWF, Weightmans, Stephenson’s and Beyond Group as well as the NHS and Lancashire Constabulary to name but a few. Prior to starting the business Mike was Learning and Development Manager at Weightmans LLP.

Aside from working with groups, Mike is also an Executive Coach. He works with individuals on numerous topics with the aim of helping them to reach their goals and objectives.
